Our First Spa Surprise
We are very Thankful for the wonderful people at Brisbane Spa. From the minute we walked into the showroom, until after the delivery and install, the service has been first class.
Given this was our fist spa purchase, they held our hand all the way through the process. To our amazement even coming to our home (prior to our purchase) to ensure that the spa would fit in our desired space.
In addition to this, we have also called and emailed with some follow up questions – again all these answered without any problems
Then to our surprise, we even had a follow up from call, just to see how it was all going.

We Got the Right Spa
We have just purchased and installed a spa pool from the Brisbane Spa Super Centre and are more than happy with the service and friendliness of staff. The spa is a great addition with our sons and theirs wife’s and our daughter getting together and socialising with us. Lucky we purchased the 7 seater spa to accommodate them all.

Customer Service Exists
Brisbane Spa Super Centre was the first company I made an enquiry to regarding a spa for a deck that wasn’t even built at the time. The staff members were extremely helpful in answering the questions of a novice and guiding me through the hurdles of the “doos and don’ts” of buying a spa. A 2nd hand spa was decided on and Brisbane Spa Super Centre were extremely helpful with the storage, transporting out here (approx. 200 kms away) and fixing a small leak (around a light). Customer service does actually exist within the company with follow up calls to make sure that all is going well and some helpful advice regarding the inevitable initial teething problems.
Trouble Free Enjoyment
We found the Brisbane Spa Super Centre to be a pleasure to deal with right from the initial contact through to hand over and the follow-up service. They were friendly, prompt, efficient and helpful.
We would like to thank the Spa Centre team for their help and advice in choosing the right spa for us, installation ideas and the supportive customer service.
