Product knowledge and customer support is second to none. We are delighted to be customers of this family business and what stand outs for us is honesty and seamless, easy customer support. We have had spas over the decades but our purchase of a HotSprings Beam has left us with a huge 'tell all' smile. We reside in the Darling Downs near Brisbane where we regularly experience sub zero winter temperatures and the spa water maintains the set temperature day and night. We monitor energy usage through our home battery app and it is incredibly cost efficient. The HotSprings IQ Water Management System is absolutely awesome,  as the spa itself reads water quality and provides automatic adjustment. Our water has always been absolutely perfect and crystal clear. We can feel the quality. Hey and the spa cover is top class and the spa doesn't fill up with water every time it rains like most brands!

Special shout out to Gavin who is a remarkable asset to the company and did everything he could to help me find the perfect spa for my needs and location. His attentive follow up helped me get the spa properly set up and have confidence in how to maintain the spa going forwards. Thank you Annie as well for all your help over time. From the detailed needs gathering with a lot of questions such as ‘are you sure it’s worth it for the higher price’ through to ‘can we just go through it all again!’ The helpful customer service as we waited for the spa to arrive to the on-time promised delivery date - from the briefing on how to manage things after Gavin had set up the spa - through to answering texts about things I had forgotten from the briefing the team have been great. As for the Spa - it is fantastic - the kids come visit - say hi and then jump into the spa either as an Onsen to soak in the magnesium charged water or ‘on full bubbles’ - I now have an early morning Onsen and my wife and I enjoy a soak in the bubbles in the evening! After enjoying our first HotSpring spa in our previous home, we indulged in another for our new home. Matt and Annie are both so helpful and knowledgeable, and they made the whole process of choosing our spas simple and stress-free. They really took the time to understand our spaces, our family’s needs, and lifestyle, guiding us to the perfect choices. Matt did a site visit both times to assess two very tricky locations and found can do solutions both times. Both Matt & Annie have been great at providing advice and support while we learnt how to maintain our spa. We couldn’t recommend Brisbane Spa Super centre more highly to anyone looking for a spa!

Freshwater™ Salt System Ease

I have purchased two spas from Brisbane spa centre. One for myself and one for a friend. Annie was extremely helpful and made buying them a breeze. I know this is the way it should be but isn’t always. She also effected delivery some 400 ks from her store which was seamless.
We both purchased the salt system which is a great system. Very economical and easy to use. I suffer from contact dermatitis and get bad irritation from normal spas. With this system I hardly get any at all.
It’s not hard to monitor and the result is great clean and clear water.
All in all I would say the salt system is a far more superior system and is a must if you purchase a spa. You won’t get a better deal and service if you purchase from this this company. 5 stars.

Our First Spa Surprise

We are very Thankful for the wonderful people at Brisbane Spa Super Centre. From the minute we walked into the showroom, until after the delivery and install, the service has been first class.

Given this was our fist spa purchase, they held our hand all the way through the process. To our amazement even coming to our home (prior to our purchase) to ensure that the spa would fit in our desired space.

In addition to this, we have also called and emailed with some follow up questions – again all these answered without any problems

Then to our surprise, we even had a follow up from call, just to see how it was all going.

Kathy and I would recommend Brisbane Spa to anyone that is looking to purchase. Annie and Lex are friendly, professional and approachable.

We Got the Right Spa

We have just purchased and installed a spa pool from the Brisbane Spa Super Centre and are more than happy with the service and friendliness of staff. Customer Service Exists

Brisbane Spa Super Centre was the first company I made an enquiry to regarding a spa for a deck that wasn’t even built at the time. The staff members were extremely helpful in answering the questions of a novice and guiding me through the hurdles of the “doos and don’ts” of buying a spa. A 2^nd hand spa was decided on and Brisbane Spa Super Centre were extremely helpful with the storage, transporting out here (approx. 200 kms away) and fixing a small leak (around a light). Customer service does actually exist within the company with follow up calls to make sure that all is going well and some helpful advice regarding the inevitable initial teething problems.

Trouble Free Enjoyment

We found the Brisbane Spa Super Centre to be a pleasure to deal with right from the initial contact through to hand over and the follow-up service. They were friendly, prompt, efficient and helpful.

We would like to thank the Spa Centre team for their help and advice in choosing the right spa for us, installation ideas and the supportive customer service.
