  • What is a Swim Spa?

    A Swim Spa is a combination of a swimming pool and a spa pool so you can enjoy the best of both worlds; a relaxing spa pool and water-based exercise swim spa in the comfort of your backyard. They allow for continuous swimming and exercise through a current generated by jet propulsion, rotating paddle-wheels or a propeller.

    A swim spa will also offer heated water and hydrotherapy jets, allowing the pool to double as a hot tub. Some can be further customised with the addition of optional exercise equipment (an underwater treadmill, rowing machine or similar resistance-based add-ons).

    If you’re not using your swim spa for exercise, then it’s perfect for having fun with the family and other leisure activities. Further upgrades to the swim spa include water fountains, automated lighting and waterproof sound systems.

The Magic is in the Machine ™

This statement embodies the superior swim-in-place experience that customers can expect only from the swim machine. That’s because the swim spa uses a custom-made, hydraulic-powered propulsion system to move up to 19,000 litres of water, at 52 variable speeds using a push-button remote. Multiple conditioning grills smooth and redirect the water, producing a laminar swim current, free of turbulence.

SwimCross Exercise Systems

Fastlane Pool swim jets in the SwimCross Exercise System are designed for both swim and water workout options suitable for all ages and skill levels.

A total of five swim jets, driven by two 2.5HP pumps, provide a steady stream of water that is more powerful than the average jet. The swim jets use a Venturi effect, not air, to draw in or entrain more water, thus multiplying the volume of water. This design feature results in a stronger resistance for swimming with less turbulence than other swim spas on the market.

Solid Steel Framing

There is a 2 mm (14-Gauge) galvanized steel frame is a standard feature on all Fitness Systems and Exercise Systems. These have been engineered to be extremely durable and differentiate these Swim Spas from the competition.
