Designed to maintain low temperatures with minimal power usage, it delivers reliable performance while helping to reduce ongoing running costs; making it a smart, sustainable addition to your recovery routine.

WHY COLD WATER THERAPY BELONGS IN YOUR WELLNESS ROUTINE

MENTAL | EMOTIONAL | PHYSICAL

MENTAL

BOOSTED MOOD, SHARPER FOCUS & MENTAL CLARITY

Cold water therapy triggers a natural cold shock response, stimulating the release of endorphins; key chemicals that help elevate your mood, improve mental focus and sharpen overall cognitive function. Regular cold plunging can support greater mental clarity, resilience and a refreshed state of mind, making it a powerful tool for both wellness and productivity.

EMOTIONAL

BUILD RESILIENCE & STAY CALM UNDER PRESSURE

Regular cold-water immersion helps train your nervous system to respond more calmly to stress, supporting greater emotional resilience and reducing baseline anxiety over time. By pushing through mental resistance during cold exposure, you condition your mind and body to stay centred, even in high-pressure situations. A powerful addition to any wellness or mental health routine.

PHYSICAL

FASTER MUSCLE RECOVERY & REDUCED SORENESS

Cold water therapy helps lower tissue temperature, reduce inflammation and support faster muscle recovery, making it an ideal tool for athletes, fitness enthusiasts and active lifestyles. Regular cold plunging can help relieve post-workout soreness and keep your body performing at its best.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolute legends Brisbane Spa Super Centre! Shout out to Matt, Annie and Gavin. Product knowledge and customer support is second to none. We are delighted to be customers of this family business and what stand outs for us is honesty and seamless, easy customer support. We have had spas over the decades but our purchase of a HotSprings Beam has left us with a huge 'tell all' smile. We reside in the Darling Downs near Brisbane where we regularly experience sub zero winter temperatures and the spa water maintains the set temperature day and night. We monitor energy usage through our home battery app and it is incredibly cost efficient. The HotSprings IQ Water Management System is absolutely awesome, as the spa itself reads water quality and provides automatic adjustment. Our water has always been absolutely perfect and crystal clear. We can feel the quality. Hey and the spa cover is top class and the spa doesn't fill up with water every time it rains like most brands!
Worth every dollar and more ...LM

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My experience with the Brisbane Spa Super Centre has been nothing short of excellent. Special shout out to Gavin who is a remarkable asset to the company and did everything he could to help me find the perfect spa for my needs and location. His attentive follow up helped me get the spa properly set up and have confidence in how to maintain the spa going forwards. Thank you Annie as well for all your help over time. Great company to deal with. The Brisbane Spa Super Centre only sells quality products and offer excellent customer service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From the detailed needs gathering with a lot of questions such as ‘are you sure it’s worth it for the higher price’ through to ‘can we just go through it all again!’ The helpful customer service as we waited for the spa to arrive to the on-time promised delivery date - from the briefing on how to manage things after Gavin had set up the spa - through to answering texts about things I had forgotten from the briefing the team have been great. As for the Spa - it is fantastic - the kids come visit - say hi and then jump into the spa either as an Onsen to soak in the magnesium charged water or ‘on full bubbles’ - I now have an early morning Onsen and my wife and I enjoy a soak in the bubbles in the evening! So glad we made this decision!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have now purchased two spas from Brisbane Spa Super Centre and love them! After enjoying our first HotSpring spa in our previous home, we indulged in another for our new home. Matt and Annie are both so helpful and knowledgeable, and they made the whole process of choosing our spas simple and stress-free. They really took the time to understand our spaces, our family’s needs, and lifestyle, guiding us to the perfect choices. Matt did a site visit both times to assess two very tricky locations and found can do solutions both times. Both Matt & Annie have been great at providing advice and support while we learnt how to maintain our spa. We couldn’t recommend Brisbane Spa Super centre more highly to anyone looking for a spa!
Thanks, Louise & Rupert Copeman-Hill 😊

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Brisbane Spa Centre staff gave us exceptional service and delivered an outstanding high quality spa product. From start to finish, Matt and the team communicated promptly and professionally with delivery times and general information. Post installment, with Matt present on delivery day to add the salt and chemical start up gave us confidence to continue our regular spa maintenance. They are a phone call or text away from any issues!! We highly recommend the Brisbane Spa Centre -a family run business with integrity and satisfaction . Helen and Scott
