We have a second branch to our business, the well established Brisbane Spa Repairs. Having come from the spa repairs industry, our knowledge of all spa pool products is second to none.

Dealer Bio – Meet Matt & Annie
Matt and Annie (we) have been together for 17 years and have three children, we love the outdoor life that Qld is renowned for! In our spare time we love camping, heading to the beach and spending time outdoors.
We have owned Brisbane Spa Repairs (service business) since 2005, and decided to go into retail in 2011 with the aim of supplying a quality product with a focus on great after sales service, utilizing the combined experience of Matt’s technical and service background, and Annie’s hospitality and administration background.
Matt went straight from school into a family friend’s spa business in Melbourne – learning from the ground up, building spas and learning the technical side, moving into research and development and then on-site repairs and service.
After extensive experience repairing all brands during the years that Matt was on the tools in the service business, the build quality is a stand out. It’s a pleasure to sell the brand, as our customers consistently give great feedback about the ease of water care and low running costs, many of our customers owned different brands previously and are pleasantly surprised about the ease of owning a Hot Spring Spa or Fastlane Pools Swim Spa! We also love to hear the stories of how their spa / swim spa has improved their day to day lives.
We offer a full service – on-site consultation prior to purchase, soak test in store to ensure we find the right fit for our customers, and then valet servicing after delivery. Consumables can be purchased on-line and we courier orders out to clients to save them time.
It’s such a mix! We do see a lot of repeat customers after being in the industry for so long, and we are starting to see some of our original clients purchase their second spas.. we are seeing a lot more younger families who are recognizing the benefits of owning a spa, the family time and ability to relax in your own backyard after the busy lives we lead are certainly driving this!
We have over 20 spas on display, an extensive mix of all of the Hot Spring series and two filled Fastlane that you can come in and try!

Absolute legends Brisbane Spa Super Centre! Shout out to Matt, Annie and Gavin. Product knowledge and customer support is second to none. We are delighted to be customers of this family business and what stand outs for us is honesty and seamless, easy customer support. We have had spas over the decades but our purchase of a HotSprings Beam has left us with a huge 'tell all' smile. We reside in the Darling Downs near Brisbane where we regularly experience sub zero winter temperatures and the spa water maintains the set temperature day and night. We monitor energy usage through our home battery app and it is incredibly cost efficient. The HotSprings IQ Water Management System is absolutely awesome, as the spa itself reads water quality and provides automatic adjustment. Our water has always been absolutely perfect and crystal clear. We can feel the quality. Kevin ObermullerDecember 3, 2025From the detailed needs gathering with a lot of questions such as ‘are you sure it’s worth it for the higher price’ through to ‘can we just go through it all again!’ The helpful customer service as we waited for the spa to arrive to the on-time promised delivery date - from the briefing on how to manage things after Gavin had set up the spa - through to answering texts about things I had forgotten from the briefing the team have been great. As for the Spa - it is fantastic - the kids come visit - say hi and then jump into the spa either as an Onsen to soak in the magnesium charged water or ‘on full bubbles’ - I now have an early morning Onsen and my wife and I enjoy a soak in the bubbles in the evening!
